Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives at the local level.

  • Team Management:

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives (SEs) and Customer Sales Executives (CSEs).

  • Ensure the team's adherence to sales targets and performance standards.

  • Channel Partner & Distributor Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.

  • Oversee distributor operations, handle distributor sales, and ensure primary sales targets are met.

  • Market Penetration & Business Development:

  • Expand the company's market presence by tapping into new customer segments and local markets.

  • Identify and penetrate key accounts and local markets to increase sales and brand visibility.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer concerns, and build customer loyalty.
