With operations across multiple states, including Punjab, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, and Bengal, we produce 10 Lakh pairs monthly from 12 manufacturing sites. Supported by over 250 distributors and a significant online presence, we specialize in footwear manufacturing technologies such as Eva, Phylon/TPR, PU, and PVC. Our ongoing commitment is to enhance the quality and comfort of our shoes to meet the demands of Indian casual and sports shoe enthusiasts.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Coimbatore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, overseeing sales targets, and identifying market opportunities. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, coordinating with manufacturing and distribution teams, devising strategies to increase market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, sales planning, and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
