Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a specified geographical area, developing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and preparing sales reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
