Titan, a leading jewellery company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager-Mia to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As the Area Business Manager-Mia, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of our Mia brand in the Coimbatore region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the Mia brand in the Coimbatore region

- Manage and mentor a team of retail store managers to ensure they are meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service

- Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote the Mia brand

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers

- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the Coimbatore region

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed

- Fluency in English and Tamil is required, knowledge of other local languages is a plus
