Go2 Hotels & Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality brand offering professional hotel asset management solutions across South India. We partner with hotel owners to improve occupancy, optimize revenue, and elevate service standards through structured systems and expert management.

We are expanding rapidly in Tamil Nadu and looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional to join us as Area Business Head.

Role Overview

The Area Business Head is responsible for identifying potential hotel partners, building strong relationships with hotel owners, presenting the Go2 brand value, and successfully onboarding hotels under our Asset Management Contract model.

This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers in the hospitality industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Onboarding

  • Identify potential hotel properties across Coimbatore/Chennai suitable for Go2 management.
  • Pitch Go2's Asset Management Model to hotel owners and decision-makers.
  • Conduct property visits, assessments, and feasibility checks.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding process until contract signing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and senior hospitality stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong network within the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Represent the Go2 brand professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Identify emerging hotel clusters and expansion hotspots.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with Go2 internal teams during transition & onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired hotels to operations leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Business Development, Area Sales, or Hotel Owner Relations.
  • Strong network & established connections with hotel owners in Tamil Nadu.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, or asset management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field-level travel.
