Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential sectors and clients for business expansion.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to initiate and follow up on sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to make outbound calls and engage in cold outreach activities.
