Our client is a leading insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Advising the Leadership Board on organizing and managing the exploitation and development of relationships with individual customers and micro-segment superiors
Advising the Leadership Board on maintaining and developing relationships with partners to expand distribution channels and increase revenue growth
Organizing, deploying, and managing retail business activities through the Bancassurance channel, agents throughout the system
Developing plans and implementing market research activities, competitive analysis; Building directions, policies, and deploying marketing campaigns for product groups, customer target groups assigned
Coordinating with the Business Management Board to draft conditions, terms, business processes, and plans, methods of distributing new products within the functions and tasks of the board
Developing regulations, procedures, guidelines related to supporting and promoting the exploitation of individual customer groups, micro-segments
Performing other related responsibilities as directed by the company's Leadership Board
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 5 years of equivalent experience in non-life insurance or at major banks
Having management experience and extentive relationships in the relationships in the insurance field is an advantage
Dynamic, determined, and creative
Experience in training, motivating, and inspiring sales teams
Strong planning, organizing, and efficient operational management skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to travel for work
Proficient in English
