Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Recruit, onboard, and train field sales executives to expand the sales team and reach new markets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations for team members and monitor their progress. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends for management review. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in team leadership, management, or supervision is required. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, onboarding, and building a high-performing sales team. Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
