Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Athlex Innovations located in Pune. The Head of Sales will be responsible for setting up, recruiting, managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving overall sales growth. The role will involve day-to-day sales operations, client relationship management, and team management and setting and achieving of revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Sales skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Management
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in software sales in corporates is a must. 
  • Experience of sales in the sports or fitness industry or education is a plus.
  • Experience of setting up a sales and partner channel & driving sales through them.


Salary

Would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
