Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager based at Chennai in Chiller Rentals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in temperature control services. This includes understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and drive revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales in the Chiller industry (Bluestar, Carrier, Trane etc)
Strong understanding of temperature control equipment and its applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of market trends and competitors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in the rental power industry is a plus
