Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in introducing innovative home automation solutions to our customers. Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where your efforts make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales efforts by targeting nearby construction projects to promote smart home devices like lighting, thermostats, and security systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Electronics/Automation.
- 6 months to 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry. (Home Automation Controllers, Lighting & Appliance Controls,

Home Automation Sensors, Ventilation, Temperature & Flood Controls, Smart Irrigation Controllers, smart Thermostats & Ventilation Controls, Drapery & Blind Opener Systems, Window Opener Systems) Or Interior design materials (wood, copper, fabrics, renewable materials, Tile, synthetic materials.)
- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
