Job Title:Technical Pre-Sales & Engineering Consultant – E-T-O/M-T-O ManufacturingCompany:Mearas TechnologiesLocation:Pune, SB Road, Shivaji NagarExperience : 6-8 yearsAbout the Role:Mearas Technologies is seeking a skilled Engineering Domain Expert and Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong mechanical engineering background. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in discrete manufacturing, particularly within Engineer-to-Order (ETO) or Made-to-Order (MTO) environments. This role requires a deep understanding of contract management, operations, BOM configuration, costing, and quotation processes.Key Responsibilities:·Collaborate closely with design, configuration, and quotation teams to streamline proposal and contract management processes.·Manage and optimize BOM configuration, costing, and quotation workflows for ETO/MTO manufacturing projects.·Support pre-sales activities by providing domain expertise during proposal preparation and responding to technical RFPs.·Work alongside sales and business development teams to ensure alignment between technical specifications and customer requirements.·Ensure operational excellence in contract and quotation management functions, contributing to overall project success.Qualifications & Experience:·6-8 years of experience in contract management, operations management, BOM configuration, costing, or quotation management within discrete manufacturing industries.·Strong mechanical engineering background.·Proven experience in ETO/MTO manufacturing environments, preferably working with complex engineering projects.·Hands-on experience collaborating with sales, business development, and technical teams to manage proposals and quotations.·Experience in responding to technical RFPs is highly desirable.·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Please share you resume at
