We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive, you will drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue in the U.S. mid-market and enterprise segments (ACV $20K–$40K). You’ll engage VP- and Director-level decision-makers in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, conducting personalized demos and closing deals remotely. This is a fast-paced, growth-driven role for a self-starter who wants to build a long-term career with a U.S.-focused AI company, eventually managing territory-based expansion and traveling to U.S. regions. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and engage U.S.-based leads using client's own automation tools. Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video messages) with strong personalization. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups to convert qualified leads into paying customers. Manage a deal pipeline of $20K–$40K ACV SaaS opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and RevOps teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaign strategy. Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all interactions. Share feedback to help continuously evolve product-market fit and outbound strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile 5–7 years of SaaS sales experience targeting the U.S. market. Proven track record of success with $20K–$40K ACV SaaS deals. Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing tech ecosystems, including CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), enablement, and RevOps tools. Knowledge of ICP definition, triggers, and sales psychology—you know what gets VPs of Sales and CMOs to say yes. Strong cold outreach expertise, able to write crisp, targeted, and engaging messages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, confident, and articulate on video and calls. Active LinkedIn presence and comfort engaging prospects publicly and privately. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler preferred. Bonus: Background selling into sales enablement, marketing automation, or CRM-related sectors.
