**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Marketing Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products/services.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
