- Build strong customer relationships on construction site.
- Showcase property features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets with effective strategies.
- Generate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing.
- Customize property recommendations to customer needs.
- Efficiently negotiate and close deals.
- Assist with property purchase paperwork.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
- Maintain accurate sales records.

**Requirement**:

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship building ability.
- Proven results in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- CRM software proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about real estate sales.

**Experience: -** Experience 4-5 years in sales, preferably in real estate

**Education: -** Bachelor's degree.
