The position falls in the entry level and as a role, you will have anincredible opportunity to work directly in the tasks that build thisorganisation and also with Senior Leadership. The role revolves around the wholecycle of sales beginning from tracking opportunities to client signup andcovers reporting to senior management and data management. **Role specific skillsets**:
- Roleinvolves critical aspects of meticulous tracking of leads, driving leads to thenext stage, scheduling activities, contract management and handover activities.
- Ability to work around business/salesCRMs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Power Point presentation etc.
- Ability to analyze data and arrive atmeaningful conclusions/summary
- Know-howof creating a Data Base and knows-how of sourcing data from various data bases
- Strongskill in multi-tasking, follow-up and tracking
- Holdingreporting requirements independently
**CandidatureRequirements**
1. Graduate
- Mandatory (Any field)
2. PostGraduate (Non-mandatory) - MBA/PGDM (Tier-2) - Sales/Marketing
3. Minimum2+ years of relevant work experience,
- Areas

- Roles-Holding leads lifecycle, reporting, holding CRM sales data
- RelevantIndustries - BPO, BPM, Business Consulting, IT/Software, Technology, otherindustries would also be fine but specifically services.

- MSExcel - Intermediate to Advanced Competency
- Itis expected that the resource will be able to work on MS Excel at aconsiderably above-average speed.
- MSPowerPoint - Intermediate to Advanced Competency
- Adeptat using smart-arts and icons.
- Itis expected that the resource will be able to work on MS PowerPoint at aconsiderably above-average speed.
- MSWord - Intermediate to Advanced Competency
2. Communication:
- Provideaccurate and timely information as required to the sales team and seniormanagement.
