Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Sunny's World Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our resort's offerings and services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales deals. With your passion for hospitality and sales expertise, you will contribute to the success and growth of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and tours to showcase the resort's facilities and amenities.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to secure bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
