**Job Title**: Product Executive
**Location**: Pashan, Pune
**Department**: Sales/Customer Support/Product Management
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing product features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
- Provide technical explanations of how products solve specific customer challenges.
- Act as a product expert by staying updated on new features, functionalities, and industry trends.
- Address customer queries during and after demonstrations, ensuring satisfaction and clear understanding of product benefits.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development and support teams for potential improvements.
- Assist the sales team in creating customized proposals and solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create demonstration scripts and materials.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on demonstration outcomes.
- Provide post-demonstration support, including onboarding assistance and product training.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer support.
- Strong understanding of software or technical products (experience in healthcare software is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using remote presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,359.16 - ₹35,440.87 per month
