We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Production Executive** to oversee plant operations for a leading innovator in plant-based protein ingredients, particularly in the **manufacturing in nutraceuticals / plant extracts / food / pharma industry**. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating sustainable, healthier, and tastier food products for global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production at the manufacturing facility (third party / own)
- Lead team of shift supervisors and workers to manage continuous production across three shifts
- Meet defined production targets, in-process and finished product quality parameters
- Ensure all the defined process flow and critical process parameters are followed during the production as per defined SOPs and quality standards.
- Review and sign off on all BMR (batch manufacturing records) and other production related documents
- To ensure supply as per the schedule from the third-party manufacturing sites
- Consistently achieve the targets and benchmarks set for efficiency, yields, capacity utilization etc.
- Co-ordinate the logistics for storage, movement of RM, FG etc.
- Support R&D team for process scale up and technology transfer from R&D/pilot stage to commercial stage
- Suggest modifications, improvements to the equipment, process to achieve better throughputs, efficiency, capacity etc.
- Suggest ways to improve yields, process cycle times, reduce in-process wastages, costs etc.
- Responsible for operation and routine maintenance of the manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain RM, consumables, packaging material stock and manage its proper storage
- Conduct technical assessment of new 3P manufacturing plants
- Follow site specific safety standards and ensure compliance by staff
- Troubleshooting and resolving all production related issues on the site

**Requirements**:

- Education: BE in Mechanical/Chemical/Production or related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years in nutraceuticals, plant extracts, food, or pharma manufacturing.
- Knowledge of operation of equipment such as reactors, spray dryers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, electricals etc.
- Good communication skills & ability to work independently.
