Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager / Executive located in Pune. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of event production, from pre-production to post-production. The candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution, manage production schedules, handle logistical aspects, and oversee quality control. The Production Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Prepare and Present Event Proposals
  • Build and maintain a good relationship
  • To manage projects into budgeting, liaison with venues and external vendors, setup, and teardown.
  • Strong skills in Production Management and Event Production
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Event Planning and Budgeting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an events management role is a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Min 1+ year of experience
  • Experienced in a wide range of events a plus, eg. Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Product Launches, Branding, roadshows, etc
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to multitask
