– is looking for an
experienced Event Manager
to join our core operations team. If you're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, managing large-scale corporate events, and leading teams to perfection — we'd love to meet you


What You'll Do:

  • Plan, manage, and execute
    corporate events, gala dinners, product launches, and conferences
    end-to-end.
  • Lead client meetings, understand requirements, and deliver tailored event solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, production, décor, logistics, and design teams.
  • Manage budgets, costing sheets, timelines, and client reports.
  • Supervise on-ground event setups and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on mockups, themes, and stage layouts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in event management, preferably in corporate or agency setup.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale events and high-end clientele.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, production, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint & event budgeting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A creative problem solver with a "make it happen" attitude.
