We're looking for a responsible and enthusiastic
Event Team Member
to join our growing team at
OneStop Happening Events (OSHE)
.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with
prior on-ground experience in events, whether through internships, college festivals, weddings, or agency work, and is now looking to grow in the field.

As a small and tight-knit team, you'll get the chance to work across departments, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and logistics. It's a great opportunity to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and vendor follow-ups
  • Support logistics and setup during live events
  • Manage on-site execution with the team
  • Help with daily operational and prep work
  • Stay flexible, focused, and ready to take initiative

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with at least some on-ground event experience
  • Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who's proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working long or irregular hours during event days

Please note:

This is a full-time, on-site role with a modest starting salary, as we are a young company. In return, you'll gain hands-on exposure, space to explore various aspects of event management, and an opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.
