Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage U.S.-based leads using client's own automation tools.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video messages) with strong personalization.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Manage a deal pipeline of $20K–$40K ACV SaaS opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and RevOps teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all interactions.
- Share feedback to help continuously evolve product-market fit and outbound strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of SaaS sales experience targeting the U.S. market.
- Proven track record of success with $20K–$40K ACV SaaS deals.
- Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing tech ecosystems, including CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), enablement, and RevOps tools.
- Knowledge of ICP definition, triggers, and sales psychology—you know what gets VPs of Sales and CMOs to say yes.
- Strong cold outreach expertise, able to write crisp, targeted, and engaging messages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, confident, and articulate on video and calls.
- Active LinkedIn presence and comfort engaging prospects publicly and privately.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler preferred.
- Bonus: Background selling into sales enablement, marketing automation, or CRM-related sectors.
