About Client: One of the Leading Manufacturing Organization Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with over 15 years of proven expertise in designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales teams through strategic learning initiatives, coaching, and ongoing performance support. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to align training programs with business objectives to drive measurable revenue impact. Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and facilitate engaging and interactive sales training programs (onboarding, product, process, tools, soft skills). Tailor content for various experience levels from entry-level reps to senior account executives. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training initiatives with go-to-market strategy and customer messaging. Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools required for successful execution. Performance Coaching: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce skills, identify development areas, and improve sales effectiveness. Provide feedback and mentorship to sales professionals to support continuous improvement. Program Evaluation & Optimization: Assess training effectiveness using different metrics. Continuously iterate on training programs based on data, field feedback, and industry trends. Leadership & Strategy: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on sales training best practices and improvements. Lead a team of junior trainers or instructional designers as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related sales leadership role. Strong background in developing and executing training programs across diverse sales environments. Proven ability to drive behavior change and improve sales metrics through training. Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience with LMS platforms. Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, or related field
