Location: Candidate's native district (with travel to nearby districts)
Job Overview:
Aadhira Training and Placement Solutions is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to promote our technical training programs to colleges. The role involves visiting colleges, meeting decision-makers, explaining our training modules, and generating orders for our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges in the candidate's location and nearby districts to promote our training programs.
- Meet Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and management representatives to present our offerings.
- Explain the technical courses and training solutions provided by Aadhira.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges for long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure regular communication with the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the education, training, or EdTech industry.
- Strong communication skills with good command over English.
- Ability to travel to colleges regularly; college visits are compulsory.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional approach.
- Prior experience in institutional sales will be an added advantage.
Employment Terms:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Performance will be evaluated during probation.
- Successful candidates will be offered a full-time position after probation.
- Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Travel allowance as per company policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,814.05 per month
