Sales Executive – IT Training

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote our IT training programs and establish partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role involves initiating collaborations, conducting outreach campaigns, and driving enrollments for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach colleges, universities, and educational partners for academic collaborations.
- Present and promote RL Technologies' IT training programs to institutional heads, placement officers, and faculty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with college management and decision-makers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and campus promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth program execution.
- Prepare and maintain reports on outreach activities, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote IT courses.
- Collect market feedback and suggest strategies to improve sales and brand presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or IT sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel for meetings and campaigns.
- Basic understanding of IT training programs and market trends is an added advantage.
