Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive located in Warje, Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating leads. This role involves maintaining and managing accounts, communicating with potential clients, and building relationships to drive business growth. The role will also include developing and executing business strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Expertise in Business Strategy and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and relationship building
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and drive sales growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus

Salary Description:

  • Base Salary:
    ₹15,000/- per month
  • Incentives:
    Additional performance-based incentives (details to be provided based on company policy and performance metrics)

This compensation structure rewards proactive business development efforts with a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn extra through incentives tied to achieving sales or growth targets.
