We brew beer in our own craft brewery newly set up. We are a market-disruptive start-up and are known for our innovative flavors and quality brews. We are committed to bringing unique and refreshing beers to our customers, and we're seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to help us expand our reach in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of our sales strategy across Uttar Pradesh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, coordinating with regional teams, and developing strategic plans to grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the state of Uttar Pradesh to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring effective communication, goal setting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, along with recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Wallop Brewing at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to the alcoholic beverage industry in Uttar Pradesh.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the alcoholic beverage industry in UP - MUST
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, including regulations and market dynamics in Uttar Pradesh.
- Ability to travel across the state as required.
