Who You Are / Your Next Challenge     
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior  Sales Executive  to join our Corporate Sales team, London based.     
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of deliverable FX solutions, cultivating relationships with clients and actively engaging in lead generation and cold calling activities speaking to senior decision makers and booking client meetings for the senior sales team to close as well as have the experience and confidence to attend and lead client meetings to win new business clients.  
    
Responsibilities     
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for deliverable FX products through lead generation and market research
  • Conduct cold calls with potential clients introducing them to our FX services and building initial relationships
  • Identifying and understanding their FX needs and providing customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of FX solutions and exceptional customer service
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, while effectively managing pipelines and sales cycles

Requirements What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role      
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in the FX sector
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Strong understanding of deliverable FX products and FX markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Attending client meetings 
This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the UK International Payments team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.

Requirements
Requirements Competencies: · A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment. · Demonstrates curiosity. · Resilient in a challenging, fast-paced environment. · Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others. · Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness. Skills and Experience: · Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. · Strong pricing and structuring capabilities. · Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable. · Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes. · Good knowledge of FX derivatives. · Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. · Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
