Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales (e-Waste) with our Client - A multinational company in the Circularity business - for a Greenfield business vertical


As the Head of Sales, YOU will


- be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including account, team, and sales management.

- will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.

- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's metal recovery services and solutions


The Head of Sales will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.


Qualifications


  • Deep experience in Indian e-waste recycling/ industrial e-waste landscape
  • Experience in account management and team management
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing refurbishment service line
  • Experience in the downstream value chain for e-waste recycling ( metal sale, precious metals refining)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Must have senior connections lor large e-waste generators with a track record of high sales performance
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
