Job Description
Marketing Strategies, Plans, and Implementation:
  • To create and oversee centralized marketing campaigns, business alliances, branding projects, and events.
  • To create integrated marketing strategy, define target consumers, and build positioning. 
  • To organize and produce interesting offline and online material that receives regular media coverage in order to highlight product and service offers, encourage interaction, and bolster brand health.
  • Organize and create material for both internal and external use. 
  • Determining retail marketing KPIs in accordance with dealer plans and primary needs. Assist sales and after-sales to guarantee that all KPIs are fulfilled.
  • Oversee content and updates for internal and external contact points; create budgetary constraints; take part in events; record business procedures; and offer extra assistance with sales. 

Spending and Documentation:
  • To guarantee that every branch meets the marketing expenditure goal established by BMW Malaysia (Principal).
  • To spearhead cost-cutting measures to optimize return on marketing investment.
  • To compile performance, business, and management reports on time and as needed.

Digitization:
  • To analyze market research, consumer trends, customer insights, and best practices in marketing in order to develop tactics that work.
  • To collaborate with CRM and Digitalization teams to develop and improve customer journeys, customer engagement, and sales conversion using marketing automation, performance management, lead management, and other crucial areas for efficiency improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred but is not always mandatory.
  • 4 years and above of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, traditional media, and other marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze market data, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient use of analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Previous experience in leading or supervising a marketing team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus point. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English. 4 years and above of progressive experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data. Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to upper management. Collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts. Experience in organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Experience in developing and managing budgets for the sales department. Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and standards governing automotive sales.
