They are responsible for addressing all property related issues responding to user inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities

Responding to and resolving user issues and service requests via phone email or in personLogging all helpdesk interactions and documenting solutions in a ticketing systemPerforming technical troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issuesCoordinating with the housekeeping & Technical team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutionsMaintaining regular updates on related queriesParticipating in the development and improvement of helpdesk procedures and documentationCollaborating with vendors to facilitate repairs and replacements

Required qualifications

Bachelors degree in any fieldProven experience in a helpdesk roleDemonstrated proficiency in using helpdesk software and ticketing systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one timeProblemsolving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience in providing support within a property is preferredAvailability to work flexible hours and participate in an oncall rotation if necessarycustomer service,communication skills,documentation,ticketing
