**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer from a different brand in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers/clients by resolving their queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to problems. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support or product development, to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of 'The Panel Station' website and contribute innovative ideas for its enhancement.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive approach to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
**Min Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
