Helpdesk Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the property manager, you'll provide superior call logging services, receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests.

In this role, you'll work closely with admin personnel to process invoices and collaborate with engineering and facilities departments to handle contractors and develop operational procedures. You'll also participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks to ensure workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional call logging services, receiving and logging complaints
- Determine the nature of issues and dispatch work orders
- Follow up on progress, coordinating with respective assignees and monitoring response time
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, as well as monthly reports
