Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helpdesk Executive to join our team at Technique Control Facility Management Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve user issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log all helpdesk interactions and document solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain regular updates on related queries.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of helpdesk procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors to facilitate repairs and replacements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in providing support within a property is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation if necessary.
