Helpdesk Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helpdesk Executive to join our team at Technique Control Facility Management Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve user issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Log all helpdesk interactions and document solutions in a ticketing system.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular updates on related queries.
- Participate in the development and improvement of helpdesk procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors to facilitate repairs and replacements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in providing support within a property is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation if necessary.
