Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

Bloomreach is seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to employees via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve technical issues related to online SaaS platforms, Windows, macOS, and hardware
  • Administer cloud services, including Google Workspace, Slack, JumpCloud, Jira, and Office365
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of IT support
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address technical issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise corporate setting
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
