IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

At Bloomreach, we're seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll provide exceptional service and resolve technical issues for our employees.

Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking IT support over email, chat, and phone.
- Completing ticketed support items in a timely fashion with detailed notes and events.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Aiding users through IT troubleshooting and problem-solving processes.
- Administering cloud services, such as Google Workspace and Slack.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise corporate setting.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues.
- Strong proficiency in English.
