Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Helpdesk Senior Representative, you will provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure
- Develop good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications
Requirements:
- Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 position in Service Desk
- Must be a Graduate
- Good communication skills with 6+ months of international calling experience
- Good comprehension and writing skills
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts with 24x7 support window
