Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Helpdesk Senior Representative, you will provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure
  • Develop good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications

Requirements:

  • Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 position in Service Desk
  • Must be a Graduate
  • Good communication skills with 6+ months of international calling experience
  • Good comprehension and writing skills
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts with 24x7 support window
