Job Title: Sr Manager/AD - Strategic Sales & Business Development

Location: Noida

Experience: 5 to 9 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and Senior Strategic Account Manager to spearhead the development and management of key client relationships within the luxury goods (jewellery, watches, etc.), automotive, and other high-value industries. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in these dynamic markets by championing the unique value proposition of our critical metals & minerals, enabling sustainable and ethical product development for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and qualify high-potential customers within the luxury goods, automotive, and other relevant high-value sectors.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies tailored to secure new accounts and significantly grow existing relationships with key decision-makers at major brands.
  • Leverage your in-depth understanding of critical metals & minerals to effectively communicate their unique properties, responsible sourcing practices, and alignment with client sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex customer needs into customized material solutions, ensuring a competitive edge for our offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization, employing strategic negotiation tactics and fostering exceptional customer satisfaction through ongoing account management.
  • Proactively cultivate industry thought leadership through market research and analysis, staying ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.
  • Craft compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements, effectively showcasing the strategic and competitive advantages of our materials.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
  • Travel periodically to meet with key clients and attend industry events to build strong relationships and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships within the metals & minerals, luxury goods, automotive, or a related industry.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management, fostering deep partnerships with key clients and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying customer needs and developing win-win solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
