About the Job: -

We are looking for energetic and dynamic professionals to spearhead Ariraa's business growth initiatives across markets and domains. The role calls for a unique blend of technical expertise in Renewable Energy and Sales, combined with strong business acumen, to drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen customer engagement across India.

This is a customer-facing position, and you will be based out of one of our key business regions
Bhilai, Chhattisgarh- Head Office.
This role
will involve frequent travel to customer sites in the home-base and industries etc. region.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Business Growth & Strategy

Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities in the solar and EV charging markets. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, partnerships, and revenue streams. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align company offerings with long-term growth objectives and sustainability goals.

2. Sales Enablement & Strategic Pitching

Lead sales initiatives by creating compelling value propositions and customized pitches for clients. Support the sales team with tools, presentations, and insights to close high-value deals. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring customer confidence in our renewable energy solutions and establishing the company as a trusted partner.

3. Technical & Commercial Expertise

Leverage in-depth knowledge of solar panels, EV chargers, and energy solutions to provide clients with tailored advice and solutions. Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and commercial requirements, ensuring proposals are both technically sound and financially attractive. Collaborate with engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives. Foster collaboration between sales, technical, and operations teams for seamless project execution. Mentor team members, encourage innovation, and promote a performance-driven culture that emphasizes accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
    (MBA preferred but not Must).
  • Minimum
    3 years of proven experience
    in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within the renewable energy, EV, or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about sustainability and clean energy solutions.
