Tele Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ daily in CRM.
- Managing customer details by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts preffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
**Requirements**:
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to follow scripts.
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
