Key Responsibilities:
Market our Modular Kitchen Solutions in entire Chhattisgarh
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and builder segments.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers to generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client presentations, site visits, and proposal discussions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales in the Modular Kitchen, Interior Design, Furniture, or Building Materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
