About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-focused B2B Sales Executive to expand our B2B presence. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term business relationships to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and professional networking.
- Present and pitch products/services effectively to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to build rapport and manage long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
