Job Title: B2B Sales Associate / Lead

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Associate / Lead to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through B2B sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Present and explain product/service offerings to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
