Job Description:
Atco Interiors is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow our business through IndiaMART and TradeIndia. The role involves handling inquiries, following up with potential customers, maintaining listings, and ensuring high conversion rates through consistent engagement and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update company profiles and product listings on IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads and inquiries.
- Understand client requirements, share product information and quotations, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using Excel or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product details, dispatch, and order processing.
- Monitor platform analytics and suggest strategies to improve visibility and inquiry generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding B2B reach.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia or similar B2B sales roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and online marketplace dashboards.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented individual.
