Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives, promote our product range, and build strong relationships with distributors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Promote company products to distributors, dealers, and clients.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Visit clients and distributors on the field as required to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
