Job Description
Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Market Entry India
Location: India Branch / Mumbai
Your Responsibilities:
- Implementation of our sales strategy for the successful market entry of our brands in India
- Identification, acquisition, and management of distributors as well as direct customer representation
- Building a sustainable sales and distribution network
- Conducting market analyses to assess market potential and competitive landscape
- Supporting brand management, particularly in positioning and brand development in the Indian market
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales-promoting measures for market launch
- Contributing to the design of communication strategies to raise awareness of our brands in India
Your Profile:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, healthcare, or beauty sector
- Good knowledge of the Indian market and economic conditions
- Ability to develop and execute a market entry strategy in collaboration with the parent company
- Negotiation skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of brand management is an advantage
- High level of flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent and business/professional level English
