Job Summary: As a Digital Solutions Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital customer experience (CX) transformation solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with IT, Transformation, and business units to craft comprehensive solution documents that encompass commercial aspects, timelines, legal considerations, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of digital CX transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed solution documentation, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource plans.
  • Proven expertise in leading high-stakes client presentations, effectively communicating complex solutions and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in establishing and nurturing a Center of Excellence for Digital Solutions, driving organizational transformation through strategic leadership and innovation.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the enterprise at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in a global enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in improving CX.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing diverse teams.
