  • Conduct assessments of current digital workplace capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Design a strategy that delivers user demands, considers latest tech trends, balances the cost and ease of operations.


Solution Design and Integration:

  • Design and architect digital workplace solutions, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity software.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and guidelines.


Implementation and Deployment:

  • Lead the deployment of digital workplace solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to design user focused solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of digital workplace solutions.


Change Management and Adoption:

  • Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new digital workplace tools and practices.
  • Create training programs and resources to educate employees on new technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and address issues related to digital workplace adoption.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback.


Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance and usage of digital workplace solutions.
