Job Title: Salesforce Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team at Maxify Digital Labs Pvt Ltd. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and high-performance solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with existing architects to design solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop scalable and high-performance solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Support overall system governance and adhere to best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure technical solutions comply with Salesforce architecture standards and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration best practices and define and implement integration strategies with external systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower team members with the latest Salesforce capabilities.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in Salesforce and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Salesforce, with certification in Fundamentals I & II.
  • Excellent development skills for effective conflict resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of integration best practices and ability to define and implement integration strategies.
  • Ability to stay informed about emerging trends in Salesforce and related technologies.
